Review and Acknowledgment: Thoroughly review the product and its sample material, acknowledge our refund policy, privacy policy, and Terms of Service. Agree to these policies before making an online payment. Once an order is successfully processed, it is non-cancellable.

Full Refund Conditions: A full refund may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • If the material received differs from the advertisement or if we provide the correct material upon assistance.
  • If the product is not delivered, or if we fail to provide the material within one business day.

Additionally, a partial refund may be granted for orders with insufficient chapters, or we may provide the missing chapters after verification. To qualify for these options, whether refund or solution, please sign up and create a ticket if any of these scenarios apply to you.

Exclusions: Personal reasons such as formatting issues, late delivery, file watermarks, accidental purchases, or personal dissatisfaction are not considered for refunds. However, we take note of these concerns to enhance the user experience.

Duplicate Orders: Duplicate orders receive a full refund, but in the case of a duplicate order, a refund will be issued with a 2.9% fee and 30 cents. We apologize for any inconvenience caused as we work to resolve this issue.

Partial Refund Limit: A partial refund cannot exceed 20% of the purchase amount.

Chapter Requirement for Refunds: To qualify for a refund, the test bank must be missing at least 5 chapters.

VPN Usage: If a VPN is used for the order, the transaction will go through, but the download links will be canceled. Within one day, our Support Team will send the download links to the customer if the order is approved.
